Outline of the Design Process
Based on the size and approximate construction cost, the process to design a project usually costs between, 5 % and 12 % of the cost of construction. This is if we develop the schematic through working drawings, and provide construction administration. The amount is dependant upon the size and complexity of the project. Typically our fees add value to a project well in excess of the design cost.
